Purchasing Assistant
Responsibilities:
Prepare import / export documentation
Presenting customs documents / certification at regulatory bodies
Coordinate with internal transport & clearing agents, and handle banking correspondence
Supervise loading at site – coordinate with Forwarders to ensure suppliers meets the cut-offs
Represent export consignments and verify weight / quality parameters
Demonstrate hands-on experience in logistics management
Excellent public relations and networking skills
Proficiency in English, and computer literacy are essential
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Others or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Excell.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Sampit.
Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
