Purchasing Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Determine suppliers , products and inventory levels to maintain
* Coach and manage a staff of buyers / inventory
* Build relationships with key suppliers and develop supply chain programs that reduce cost and improve efficiency
* Interface with operations for any request for equipments
* Supply on a tight schedule products & tools, to repair, modify, and manufacture prototypes using accelerated procedures

Requirements:

* Hold D3 with minimal 5 years experiences
* Hold S1 with minimal 3 years experiences
* Fluent English and strong communication skills are compulsory
* Familiar with specification of materials, and equipment related with our products
* Understanding of Quality System
* Well aware about Indonesian industry & capabilities

R&D Engineer- Hydraulic Specialist

Responsibilities:

* Overview

o The Hydraulic Specialist will be responsible for selecting the correct hydraulic components for the application. He must be able to design any type of hydrostatic power transmission and hydraulic control equipment. He must support the manufacturing for the hydraulic assembly, and be able to troubleshoot all hydraulic installations.

* Responsibilities


* Design complex hydraulic circuit 60%

o Choose appropriate component (basic or pressure compensated valve, single or double stage activated valve, manifold design
o Design Hydraulic control (variable displacement pump, load sensing, close loop, joystick, accumulator, unloading valve, pressure control equipment, etc)
o Correspondence and follow up with supplier

* Assist the assembling of production 20%

o Design the assembling area
o Write the procedure and technical notice
o Trained the operators

* Troubleshoot existing installation 20%

Requirements:

* Hold S1 General Mechanical or other
* Having 5 - 10 years of experiences
* Good English required (Overseas experience appreciated)
* Strong knowledge is compulsory of Parker, Eaton-Vickers, Sauer-danfoss, Rexroth, Bucher, Linde

Industrialisation- Process / Method Enginee

Responsibilities:

* Overview

o We require a Method/Process Engineer to work with the Engineering & PRP departments ensuring accuracy prior to production. He will be responsible to ensure that the parts being produced accurately match design drawings. Once accuracy is confirmed he will provide the code to the CNC operator. This role requires an individual who is a leader with effective communication skills. A strong background in mechanical engineering is essential along with CNC machine experience.

* Responsibilities

* From the detailed drawing provide the code for the CNC 40%

o Define tools and different machining sequences, and parameters of cutting process (using Camworks)
o Define launching time
o Keep the database code up to date

* Advice the Designer 30%

o Help designer for the feasibility of the cutting process (tolerance, min radius, surface finishing)
o Analyze of part and complete the drawings

* Follow up of Fast prototyping 30%

Requirements:

* Hold S1 General Mechanical machine design manufacturing
* Having 1 - 5 years of experiences
* English required
* Experience in machining or Method department

Industrialisation Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Overview

o The Engineering department requires an additional Industrialisation engineer to ensure the manufacturing is based on updated drawings. Standard product is continuously changing due to the equipment availability on the market and minor modifications requested by the client. For each proper model drawing, complete BOM and Masterlist have to be transmitted to the manufacturing team.

* Responsibilities

* Collect the correct documents for each order and give to the manufacturing 40%

o Apply or write the proper procedure to fill the database
o Collect drawing from designer and check the final assembly
o Provide the masterlist and BOM for each product to the manufacturing (1 per month)

* Handle the modification of standard products 40%

o Adapt new engine, modification of electric pump to mechanical one, cooling system, basic hydraulic
o Clutch, bolt and weld assembly
o Bearing choice & calculation (force lifetime, assembly analysis)

* Reply to client request 20%

o Check information from supplier or data sheet and reply to the inquiry

Requirements:

* Hold S1 General Mechanical machine design manufacturing
* Having 5 - 10 years of experiences
* Good English required (Overseas experience appreciated)
* Good mechanical background compulsory (experience in civil construction's machine manufacturing or similar)
