Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:

Develop & formulate the brand marketing strategy for all product categories, which includes defining category trend, role of the brand, brand objectives & strategies to achieve the objectives.
Develop country mid-long term plan for all product category. Product launch/re-launch, pricing structure, advertising & promotion activities & support sales/distribution function
Responsible for management and effectiveness of all advertising & promotion budget
Work closely with sales department (modern & traditional sectors) - to develop country tactical plan, to ensure good implementation of all marketing activities in the market, to set distribution target of new products.
Build and maintain effective communication with other functions / departments (R&D, production, logistic, sales) to ensure good execution of business plan
Develop country communication for all brands / all product category which is applicable for developing creative brief, agreed country campaign idea & campaign execution into TVC, radio, print, POS, outdoor advertising etc.
Generate innovation ideas for product innovation all product category. Expand product proposition to fulfill unmet consumer needs, variants/packaging extension)
Work closely and develop partnership with external Advertising Agency, Event Organizers, Marketing Research Agency, and Brand & Pack Design Consultants.
Requirements:

Indonesian, Male / Female, 33 - 38 years. Master Degree (MM or MBA) is a definite advantage; at least S-1 Degree in any discipline.
Deep MNC experience, minimum 10- 12 years experience or 3 years as Marketing Manager/ Group Brand Manager of marketing driven fast moving consumer goods manufacturing company.
Currently holds the Marketing Manager position or at least Group Brand Manager with related fast moving consumer goods industry preferably USA / European Based MNC. Experienced to manage large advertising & promotion budget.
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to provide guidance, direction, coaching to marketing team.
Fluency in English, both oral and written is essential. Skills in working with computer are essential.
