Responsibilities:
* Reviewing and contract drafting
* Assisting the head of corporate legal division in performing various tasks
related to legal matters in company
* Preparing legal letters and agreements
* Negotiating contract
* Handling complain external and internal

Requirements:
* Male or female min 28 years old
* Experienced in drafting and reviewing contract (both in Bahasa and
English)
* At least 4 years of working experience in retail or property industry
* Detail oriented and strong analytical skill
* Good knowledge of corporate law including law documents preparator,
litigation, contract negotiation
* PERADI license
