area, is looking for a Human Resources Manager.
Requirements and responsibilities:
• Extensive HR experience within the manufacturing industry
• Credible HR Business Partner
• Ability to coach, motivate and mentor staff
• Self-motivating, problem-solver, capable of managing multiple projects,
ability to express ideas clearly
• Ensure implementation of an effective performance management system to
motivate and improve performance and alignment of business goals
• Co-ordinate and manage employees communication systems
• Facilitate the co-ordination and integration of global and regional
human resources programs and to develop strategies to enhance Company and/or
departmental effectiveness
• Manage the compensation and benefits of all local compensation programs
including the annual pay review process
• Perform training and development analysis as basis for formulating
training programs
• Liaison with Labor departments, local and regional governmental
departments on HR matters
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from an accredited
University
• Minimum 5-8 years HR experience in a manufacturing environment
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills

is looking for an IT Administrator for Asia Pacific Region based in
Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
 Provide support and maintenance to the company's core business systems
applications.
 Monitor performance, security and integrity of servers and network.
 Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network
problems.
 Provide technical guidance and support to peers, direct reports and
management.
 Upgrade network hardware, software components and configure network
infrastructure as required.
 Backup and disaster recovery strategy.
 Provide users with network technical support.
 Respond to the needs and questions of users concerning their access of
resources on the network.
 Establish network users, user environment, directories, and security for
networks being installed.
 Assist in the deployment and setup of IT projects.

Education / Experience:
 Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or University;
 Two to five years related experience and/or training

Competencies:
Technical Skills
 Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, Group Policies,
DNS, DHSP, Symantec Backup Exec.
 Strong experience with application support.
 Experience managing relationship with telecom providers
Professional skills:
 Ability to work independently with little supervision.
 Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines.
 Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet/Intranet.
 Familiar with MS SQL is a plus.
 Familiar with Sarbanes Oxley and e-Discovery are pluses.

- Perform color matching on samples received from customer
- Prepare for production trials based on customer requests
- Maintain quality of products during production
- Organize color library
