Qualification:
* Female, age max. 30 years old
* Min. Degree from, majoring Psychology/LAW or equivalent
* Min. 1 years working experience as HR officer/staff in manufacturing company
* Having knowledge and understanding in all HR function especially in Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, General Affair matters, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation.
* Good command in English (written & spoken) and computer literate in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent interpersonal skill, detail oriented, assertive, able to work under pressure and independently under minimum supervision.
