Senior Architect (SA) & Architect (AR)

Requirements :

Male / Female, 25-40 years old.
S1 Architecture from reputable university.
Minimum experience : 4 years for AR,  10 years for SA on high rise building  and large  development project.
Able to manage the detailed planning/drawing, working team. (SA+AR)
Experience in Project field is advantage (SA+AR).
Expert in AutoCAD with External Reference, Microsoft Office (AR).
Expert in 3D model Software : Sketch up expertise is an  advantage (AR)
Possess strong technical skills & good interpersonal skills, communicates well and frequent in spoken & written English.
The candidates shall be self motivated, hard working, highly dedicated, able to work long hours, initiative, creative, able to work within time constraint, adapt to changes, and high commitment to company standard on working ethic and result oriented
Candidates preferred to be mobile with own means of transportation.
