Single, age max. 25 years old
Minimum 1 year experienced as a Secretary
Prepare/updating document for Health & Safety Environment meeting, hse training schedule, hse policy
Capable to manage in/outgoing letters, files, filling document, able to perform multitask.
Smart, highly self motivated, good initiative, able to work independently & a team, good communication skill, hard worker and wiling to work overtime.
Be able to communicate in English both oral and written
Have knowledge in ISO 9001:2000 implementation
Able to handle administrative works
Having self confidence and good personality
Excellent in Computer skills : Ms Office, Internet tools, E-mail
