Requirements:
University degree in Law, Psychology, Business Administration or Management
Minimum age 32 years old
At least 4-6 years relevant experience in HRD with exposure in manufacturing industry
Able to create HR system
Able to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Perform recruitment, selection, training & development, job analysis, performance assessment, payroll administration, and other personnel matters
Good comprehension of labor law and industrial relation issues
Possess strong analytical, good communication, and interpersonal skills
